(Re: <nettime> FW: DotForce Civil Society list) the *Digital Divide* is also the topic of a report published by the german Initiative D 21: Digitale Spaltung in Deutschland. Ausgangssituation, Internationaler Vergleich, Handlungsempfehlungen.
