Once we relented to the Flash 5 exclusive interface we think we found a mailing list in there, but could find no way to access it other than clicking and dragging some annoying sticky flash threads. It's not even a mailing list, it seems more like a sort of chat room. You have to log on....just what we need another account. And that scrolling text..why is it always so slow. We spent a good half hour mucking around in there and didn't see anything but the interface. Saw a list of artists involved, but no work. We might have been more aggressive, but gee it shouldn't be so hard. Pending a less Flash-y alternative we second the vote for disappointing. -- curator, conceptualart.org www.conceptualart.org "subverting the visual in art" /"\ \ / X ASCII ribbon campaign / \ against HTML mail on 1/2/01 07:26 PM, Bill Spornitz at spornitz@pangea.ca wrote: > http://www.sfmoma.org/010101 > > Warning: This website offers no option to skip the Flash intro, and > offers no way of scrolling through the introductory text.
